I had Keymouse ChairTrack on sofa armrest (platform and velcro do not fit) and dropped it a few times over a year.
Yeah it's my fault for dropping, but didn't expect 4/5 screws to be undone.
The upper and lower plastic cases dislocated.
Now I have tightly secured with sticky tape.

Suggest larger screws, wider screws with larger threads for the two cases.

Upper case plastic receiving hole threads are destroyed, so screws cannot work.

Sorry about the issue. We will consider different screws or a different thread type.

I'd go with metal nut for the threads, while the plastic is just holding it in, that way there's a larger chunk of plastic holding the nut, less likely to break, and if the nut goes bad, you can always replace it. Have the hole be hexagonal, but in a way you can slide a nut in and out tightly.

Kresimir, I like this idea. We could maybe just make them tight press fit. We'll explore this.
