Hi, the keymouse alpha is good usually apart from when im am trying to make tiny adjustments to the mouse and the mouse lags/takes a second to move. It might be the way I hold it or the way I move it? Just trying to figure out how to fix it so if anyone else has had this problem how did you fix it?
Thanks

Sorry for the late response. Here are a few things to try:
1. Do you have a powered USB hub to ensure the devices have plenty of power? This has solved the issue for some users.
2. Do you have a shorter USB cable to test from the device to the computer (like maybe a 1 meter cable instead of 2 meter that ships with the devices)? This may help.
3. Does closing the KeyMouse software make any difference?
4. Have you tried using different USB ports on the computer? Some ports provide more power than others. Maybe another port will work better.

Heber, thank you for responding!

  1. I do not have a powered USB hub. I have USB-C ports for power, and that's what I'm connecting the KeyMouse to directly.
  2. I don't have a shorter cable. I purchased a specialized USB-mini to USB-C cable to work with my KeyMouse (not easy to find as USB-mini is not really used that much these days). It is 6ft long (2 meters), but it works with my other Mac, so it seems unlikely it's a cable issue.
  3. I have tried closing the software and other such solutions, with no change. The Mac that it does work on doesn't have the software installed at all, but that does seem unlikely to be the issue.
  4. I did try using different ports, with no change. They're all USB-C ports (like many laptops these days).
