Hi all. Just wondering if anyone had this problem before? My left Keymouse Track stopped working all of a sudden. I tried switching USB ports, direct into mother board, laptop etc. to no avail.
Keymouse software (2.02) doesn't see it either.
Any additional troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated.
Even worse is that my keymouse is on colemak and my temp keyboard is qwerty... ugh! help!

Hi Thushyanthan,
To re-configure the PCB as a KeyMouse Track, you will just need to go to the Devices > Firmware Update page. Check the box for the device in the list of devices shown (currently showing as KeyMouse Alpha which you want to be a KeyMouse Track). Then click "Advanced". On the right side, you will see a dropdown. Drop it down to KeyMouse Track, and choose left/right hand accordingly. Then click "Save to Device". This will re-program the PCB as a KeyMouse Track.
After that's done, you will need to do an RF Pairing to make them communicate to eachother. Here is a video on KeyMouse RF Pairing
I think this should solve the issues.

Hi Thushyanthan. Sorry to hear that. Is it able to still pair to the computer or another device by Bluetooth or do you think the PCB maybe went bad?
Hi Heber. I've never used the Bluetooth function unfortunately. Let me try that and get back to you. I do not anticipate it working.

I had similar problems on a mac, but then connecting to PC seems to reset it, maybe charges some condenser, dont know.
Your sitation sounds like a fried pcb, are both keymouses not working or just one?

Morning team! Thank you to Heber and team for sending me a new PCB out just a couple of days before the holidays! Owing to being in Canada, my package was delivered a couple of days ago and I just reinstalled the PCB today. Total time of about 2 weeks. I lost some muscle memory of colemak while typing during the 2 weeks but it will be back!
So ... problem 1 solved. But there is another issue.
1. Keymouse software 2.02 finds a Keymouse alpha when it should be a track
2. Default Fn Blue and Fn Yellow keys aren't recognized
Did I incorrectly wire anything?

I should add that in debug mode, those particular keys don't register. Is it because of #1 above? Or because of #2? Or something else?

I am having similar problem. However, the keystrokes registers from the right keymouse eventhough it is connected through the broken left keymouse (PC —> left keymouse —> right keymouse)

Hi there. No this was not the issue I was having. At first read, it sounds like a comms problem. Bluetooth enabled? Are the keymice connected properly? Have they been re-synced via software? Hope that helps. You may wish to start a new thread. Thanks.
