Hello good people of KeyMouse!

I'm very much interested in KeyMouse Comet which was shown here:

Thumb Keys:
Since I'm KeyMouse Alpha user already, I really would like to have four keys under each thumb.
This is the design already on KeyMouse Alpha and KeyMouse Track.

Since I'm using the mentioned keys really frequently I would miss them very much on a new device.
Ideally I would like to have same or almost the same programming on keys as on my KeyMouse Alpha.
That way I could smoothly transfer from working desk (Alpha) to lying on couch (Comet) with ease.
Currently I'm using Microsoft wireless keyboard for that purpose and I really like the idea of changing it for KeyMouse Comet.

Current progress of development:
What is the current status of Comet? What is done, what needs to be completed?

Stepan Krivanec, thank you for the input. We are trying to keep the device as small as possible yet still very functional. We are in the process of getting some new Cherry MX switch modules that will help us speed up our assembly process and wiring. I'm not exactly sure how much longer it will be, but KeyMouse Comet probably won't be available for another month or two.

I like your first solution very well, but unfortunately, I have no $ 500 over it. This looks like a much cheaper option. I'm interested in what price it will be and when you sell it.

Nice greetings from Germany

We hope to have it available soon. Not exactly sure on the price yet, but it will be a cheaper option for sure. Thank you for your support!

I would still love to buy something like the Comet as a simpler "travel" version of your core idea of combining mouse/track and ergonomic keyboard. I know you are in the process of trying to find a simplified business model. Something like the Comet seems to offer some possibilities there. Once again THANKS for designing and building these products in the first place! Here's to hoping for a continued path forward...!

+1 on resembling the layout of keymice, esc + fnyellow + shift + win and backspace + shift + win columns and 4 thumb buttons layout and then I'd also get one out of curiosity :-)

Is this dead? Would love to use this on my lap.
I currently use an MX Master Mini on my lap and use the MX Ergo mouse sideways on my chest.
Being able to combine these into an all in one solution would be great!
