I rotated the keyboards, and I have found it to be a lot easier on my wrists.

My arms are supported by the arm rests. Reaching to hit the esc key for example is a bit difficult for me, i have to bend my wrists more than I'd like. Still thinking through possible solutions to improve this issue, but as is I find it better then the keyboards sitting flat.
Before buying the keymouse I used a Kenisis Freestyle2, and it came with a lift (tent) kit, so I could adjust the tilt angle of the keyboard by 5, 10 or 15 degrees. Something similar would be so great to have for the keymouse track, especially if it went up to at least 30 degrees of tilt.
