I sent an e-mail to support on November 4th and still haven't heard anything back. I believe my Keymouse is failing and needs replaced under warranty, but the warranty period ends soon. I see no employee activity on the forums since before I sent that e-mail, so I don't think they're just trying to run the clock out on me, but I wanted to bump here incase a different person might see it here.

Dustin. Sorry for the late responses. We have been a bit overwhelmed running multiple businesses. We have put our products out of stock for now to give us time to catch up. I'll respond to your initial email.
