Hello. Updated to v3.13 and have field reports.
OS: Win 10 Pro
Keymouse: Left Track + Right Alpha
1. After updating to v3.13 I have to disconnect the link between the halves in order to be able to write to device.
If I do not sever the link the half that isn't being updated gets out of whack. The matrix seems to become somewhat unpredictable.
I suspect it is due to combination of devices used, number of rows and columns. When I save Track it applies same matrix to Alpha and vise versa
It is annoying to have to swap PC connection when updating config, it's whole new level when I have to disconnect everything.
2. The 'Check for updates' seems to be broken.
- I installed 3.05 back when I first got the Keymouse with firmware v1.0
- After that I checked for update using the software and it did in fact update, not sure what version but the firmware available was v1.1
- Since then I've checked for updates several times and it always said there were none
- Today I checked the download page and was surprised to find there was v3.13 available and firmware version jumped to 2.3
P.S. Would be nice if you published changelog. Less trial and error in order to figure out what got fixed.

- Removed 3.13
- Installed 3.05
- Checked for updates. The available version was 3.08 and not the latest 3.13
- Updated to 3.08
- Checked for updates again: no updates available

Hi Stanislav, you may be experiencing this issue because we made a firmware update allowing you to save to both devices without switching the cable. Is this issue happening when you select the device setup you are using? You can change the product by selecting the dropdown "Devices" and then "Change KeyMouse Product." A popup will appear and you can choose which setup you are using.

Lorin Allred Thank you for the response. I tried changing the KeyMouse product; saving with both halves connected messes up matrix on daisy chained device.
I went even further and removed the c:\users\<user>\.keymouse3 directory completely to start with blank slate. It didn't help.

Hi Stanislav. We did some testing on our end and got similar results. We will put out a software update soon to fix this issue.

We have uploaded a beta of version 3.14 which should resolve the bug for device combinations of KeyMouse Track and Alpha (separate device type per hand). Please try it here: https://keymouse.com/downloads/windows/keymouse-setup3.14.exe
