After unplugging to readjust wires the mouse is not working? keyboard still works how do i reactivate mouse?

Hi Hayley. This issue is strange. Are you plugging in the devices correctly? Page 3 of our Quick Start Guide shows how to plug the devices into your computer.
The mouse is not supposed to deactivate unless you change Mouse Motion to something else on your layout. If somehow you programmed a button that sets the mouse to disabled, or if you made a layout that doesn't have "Normal Mouse" for all 4 directions on the mouse, then the mouse won't work as a normal mouse. Could you see if saving the default layouts to the device enables the mouse to function properly?
