Hi Stepan,
I have tried WIN + FN Yellow + Number and it's working for me (using Windows 10).
A couple things you can try:
You can create Key Combinations if you want to assign a single key to do WIN + 1, etc.

Another thing that may be impacting the behavior:
By default, when we ship KeyMouse Devices, the key modifiers such as CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, WIN are in "Mac Compatibility" mode. This means when you press a key modifier on one hand, it actually sends a radio signal to the other hand and both hands will press the modifier key. This is to ensure Mac can capitalize letters correctly (it's a long story...issue with Mac OS handling multiple keyboards). In the software, you can select your WIN key and choose "Win - Left (Current Device)" or "Win - Right (Current Device)" to disable this functionality. This will basically send Win key from the device you pressed the key on instead of both.
I hope one of these options works for you. Just let us know if you need further help.
