How to set key to blank on a Layout?
I have found the 'No Action' setting. But how to set key to blank as highlighted red in attached picture?

If you want a key blank, just right click on the key and select "Clear Assignment". Note, if a key is left blank, it will operate as key in same location on default (white) layer. If you don't want a key to do anything, you must assign the key to "No Action".
